I had booked a room, and shortly before arriving, they informed me that the room would no longer be available due to a sudden renovation. What a lie!! I had to find another, with the hassle involved.
I've never experienced anything like this before. Absolutely not recommended!

I had to go to Lonigo for a run, and stayed 18 minutes away on a quiet, easy road. Good price. The owners' pastry shop is on the ground floor, nearby are at least two pizzerias/restaurants, a very good wine bar/restaurant, and several bars. Parking is available with a parking disc for only 30 minutes until 7:30 PM, then free until 8 AM. Free on Sundays. Small but clean room with good Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Elevator. Water dispensers on each floor.

I booked a night in the hotel at 22:10. When I arrived 6 minutes later at 22:20 - I found the hotel (b&b in reality, as it doesn't have any reception) closed. No one responded to my calls. The next morning I came to the hotel and they just promised to refund my booking. 5 days since then - no refund received.

esperienza OTTIMA..x tranquillità.. comodità..e trattamento generale!
IL titolare, la figlia e tt il personale gentilissimi e disponibili; la camera&bagno, attrezzati di ogni.. mooolto puliti e curati..la struttura ha tt i confort ..(anche quelli che non ti aspetti tipo il boccione d'acqua al piano..) ascensore.. colazione inclusa con brioche fresche..!
LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!! Ne resterete soddisfatti....e contenti!!

Ottimo soggiorno, un ambiente che sembra riportare ad altri tempi. Tutto curato e pulito, con persone davvero gentilissime. La pasticceria è ottima e molto funzionale.

Proprietario che ci costringe a pagare in contanti e in nero, una cifra tra l altro identica a quella che avremmo pagato se ci avesse dato lo scontrino. Non avevamo contanti, ci intima sgarbatamentr di andare a prenderli alla prima banca, che ovviamente non è la mia e quindi non solo ho dovuto pagarci la commissione, ma anche essere complice della sua bravata. Per cosa? Per una camera strapagata senza nessun servizio. Mai più

Ho soggiornato presso Casa Hellen ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! La struttura è accogliente, ben curata e immersa in un contesto tranquillo, ideale per chi cerca relax. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, facendoti sentire subito a casa.

Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili su cosa visitare nei dintorni.

We didn't like it at all, starting with when we arrived he didn't register us anywhere, he didn't ask us for documentation, he charged us in cash, he didn't give us any receipt
The second thing was that we had breakfast included, I asked him to be polite, which he said no, (we paid for the coffee)
And the last thing is the room right above all the air conditioning machines (heat and noise)

Wonderful accommodation with access through the pastry shop. The beds are a little hard. Nice hot water and free body wash. Rooms are large and have good heat. Very pretty. Wifi is good. Listing said free parking. There is parking out front but it's not clear if it's always free. She said I wouldn't get a ticket but there's a confusing sign which might indicate parking is limited by certain hours.

Comfortable bed, rooms are well silenced, parking at the property, SUPER NICE owner and delicious breakfast - much better than in most hotels. Very good connection to Verona by car. Definitely a bang for a buck place!
